The Salado Silver Spur can refund the value of tickets purchased from us subject to the following conditions:

    * The box office receives the request for the refund at least 24 hours before the performance for which the ticket was purchased.
    * A transaction fee of $2.00 per refunded ticket will be charged for this service.

These conditions apply to credit card purchases and PayPal purchases.  Once we have received your request for refund, it may take 48 to 72 hours before request is fulfilled.

Any questions or complaints regarding this policy should be submitted in writing to the management.

The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the electronic check and credit card processing networks.

The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.

Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.

We no longer accept PayPal for ticket purchases.

PayPal may be used for merchandise and season packages or promotions. We now use Vendini as our new ticketing service and will be available soon.
